Program Insight

At Kreative Kidz Academy, we know that learning and growth extend beyond the traditional school day. Our Before- and After-School Care Programs are designed to support both children and families by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment outside regular school hours. We believe that social and emotional development is just as important as academics, which is why our programs focus on helping children build independence, strengthen social skills, and explore their interests in a meaningful way.

Before School Program

Our Before School Program gives children a positive start to their day in a calm and welcoming setting. Families can feel confident knowing their child is beginning the morning in a supervised, supportive environment. Our preschool teachers and staff are there to guide and encourage children as they prepare for the school day ahead.

After School Program

Our After-School Care Program is designed to create a balance between learning, play, and relaxation. When the school day ends, children arrive at our center where they are greeted with warmth and care. They are offered a nutritious snack and encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities that nurture curiosity and build important life skills.

Activities in our After School Care

Program include:

Creative Projects: Arts, crafts, and hands-on learning experiences that allow children to explore their imaginations.
STEM and Science Experiments: Engaging challenges that spark curiosity and problem-solving skills.
Cooking Activities: Fun, appropriate lessons that build independence and practical life skills.
Sports and Outdoor Play: Opportunities to strengthen gross motor skills, teamwork, and healthy habits.
Social Activities: Group games and projects that encourage collaboration, communication, and friendship.

Our goal is to create an early learning environment where children can unwind after school while still engaging in enrichment programs that build confidence and skills for the future.

Building Community and Confidence

At Kreative Kidz, our Before and After School Care programs also emphasize community building. Children are encouraged to participate in special events such as family dinners, concerts, charity drives, and collaborative projects. These experiences give them a sense of belonging, help them develop empathy, and introduce them to the importance of contributing to their community.

We also prioritize social-emotional development. By guiding children to understand and express their feelings, we help them build resilience, develop coping skills, and form healthy relationships with peers and teachers.

At Kreative Kidz Children’s Center, my child has been able to thrive in an environment that has caring staff (teachers and administrators alike). They always great every parent with a smile, not just the parent whose child they are teaching. The teachers encourage the students to be themselves and they keep them very engaged. My daughter just turn to 4 years old she loves Kreative Kidz Children’s Center at 14500 Layhill Rd in Silver Spring next to 200 highway this school  no traffic every day for me , the school in the beautiful  church , Also next to shopping ,  my kid my kid wake up she says to me, "Mom, I like this is school I feel really real school  I went to go see my friends at school she just cry only the first three days if compare  with other school She cry more than two months and all teachers here very nice and take very good care all kids, the children play together very well, when lunchtime day, sit together, my kid eat very well, and you can pack for your kid everything you want them to eat healthy, they are dancing together, play game, there are a lot of toys, and my kid love to crayon and I saw those kids they are sit and crayon together and I happy to see that . they have new activity each day, they have a good playground, they have a calming bed for the kids take a nap at noon, my kid like snacks at school a lot after school, she will asking for teacher give to her each cup every day before she leave go back home.  and I love to share to the parents who are looking for your child start from 3 year old  to 5 years old , if your kid need  many good friends need a good school please come to tour around this school with your kid then you will see I tell you the right school and you can pay full-time or pay part-time for school the price is comfortable for us.
